Covid 19 & Services
During these challenging times, our health is a priority. I want to reassure all the families who seek my care that I’m here for you. I’m providing the same level of support as I did prior to COVID-19, both virtually and in person. Of course, due to the pandemic, hospital policy has changed to incorporate both virtual and in-person support.
My provisions for in-person support are as follows:
- Before each visit, I will administer a COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
- If you or anyone in your household tests positive for COVID-19, or if you develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (even if you test negative), please let me know so we can reschedule our visit to a virtual one.
I will wear a mask to in-person meetings and continue to practice physical/social distancing in order to keep myself, you, and your family safe by reducing my risk of exposure. - If you have questions or concerns about safety procedures, please reach out to me. I completely understand your concerns about COVID-19 and am open to strategizing ways to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. Above all, I appreciate your continued trust in me.

Nutritional Support

Certified Lactation Consultant

Holistic Fertility Support
- Support during the preconception period to help prepare body and mind for pregnancy on whatever path you are on to make your family.
- Three months minimum required for services
Birth Support
- 1 hour consultation, Intake meeting, prenatal visits, on-call period at 36 weeks, continuous support once in active labor
- Postpartum Visits
- This support is flexible
Postpartum Support
- 1-hour consultation, Intake meeting to discuss 4th trimester needs.
- Packages and hourly support are available
Partner Support
- Provide partners with Evidence-Based education, and resourceful tips to support the family during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and lactation. Assist partner with the transition.
- Provides recommended reading materials

Birth Assistant Support
- *Available if the midwife does not already have one (check to see if your midwife has one)
- Home visit before birth
- Assist midwife in the medical care of mom and baby

Intake Meeting
After booking your appointment with me and making a 50% deposit, we will have a comprehensive intake meeting. This is an opportunity for me to get to know you, your partner, and your birth preferences and needs.
